This class is designed to be safe for all 3 trimesters of your pregnancy and also a great core class to come back to after delivery to safely reconnect your core in a gentle and effective way. If you are struggling with rectus diastasis this class is safe and designed to help you properly fire your deep transverse abdominis through proper S breathe technique and flexion free movement. Remember to get your doctors OK to do gentle exercise!
