This 30minutes glider class is a total body challenge. Create endurance while toning and sculpting from head to toe. You will need gliders (or towels) for sliding on and light hand weights.
Sculpt and Slide Class 2, is a total body workout, using gliders. If you don’t have gliders you can use a dish towel or paper towel to slide along the floor. This class has had a strong ballet barre class element to really work your legs and lots of abdominal focused planks. Enjoy the challenge and have fun!
