It’s also designed to be safe for those with diastasis (separation of the abdominals at the linea alba) and great for people with lower back issues and need to safely strengthen their core. This class uses some great visuals and cues to help to connect to your core better than ever! Use this class over and over again to help you improve your abdominal activation while flattening your tummy and toning.
