This smoothie has a great balance of carbs, protein, and fat to help fuel up pre or post workout!
Almond butter & Strawberry smoothie
1 cup nut milk of your choice (I like coconut 🥥 milk)
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons almond butter
***you can sweeten to taste with a little honey if you like!
Blend and fuel up! I use a vitamix blender. It does a great job of blending to a perfectly smooth consistency.
