Yoga for Back Pain RX

A slow, alignment-based yoga class is helpful for anyone who deals with a tight back or even back pain due to tight muscles. Try this class at least 3 times per week to help lengthen and open up those tight muscles in the lower and mid-back that can cause discomfort. Be mindful as you move and don’t forget to breathe!
