Glide through this toning workout

Sculpt and Slide Class 2, is a total body workout, using gliders. If you don’t have gliders you can use a dish towel or paper towel to slide along the floor. This class has had a strong ballet barre class element to really work your legs and lots of abdominal focused planks. Enjoy the challenge and have fun!
